Although we recommend use of WIFI for the best possible experience, it is not required to use our service. As long as your connection is 3G or 4G, then you should be fine. If you do experience connection issues then you could connect to WIFI.
Yes. If your employer or health plan has a relationship with us, we will submit claims on your behalf directly to them. Check with your HR or benefits department, or your health plan, to see whether Doctor Insta consult is covered.
Yes! Our service comes with a full satisfaction guarantee and couldn’t exist without happy customers. If you are unhappy with our service, for whatever reason, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Support team

Doctor Visits:

Yes, our physicians can prescribe a wide range of drugs, which can be useful for infections, allergies, skin conditions, travel or sports injuries. Please note that we do not prescribe narcotics or pain medications that have been designated as controlled substances.
You may be charged for a second consultation.
If you’re unhappy with your Doctor, please feel free to contact our customer support team. They will definitely address all your issues and make you happy.
Your information is stored on our encrypted servers inside encrypted databases. Only strong-encryption APIs may access the data via our mobile application. Privacy is our top most priority and we ensure this with world class security.

Billings & Payments:

We accept all major credit & Debit cards (from all major banks) such as: VISA, MasterCard, RuPay, Diners & American Express. You may also pay using Net Banking & Mobile Wallets

Absolutely! Your card details will not be stored anywhere. Your card information goes to a super secured and approved payment gateway for processing.

Troubleshoot:

We strongly recommend using WIFI. This can greatly improve the speed of your connection and quality of your experience. You can enable WIFI on most phones by going to SETTINGS and then selecting WIFI.
Sorry to hear you're having trouble with our app. Below are three useful techniques which often help in situations like this:
  • Restart your App - Fully close the app and relaunch it on your Phone.
  • Restart your phone - just like a computer, restarting your phone can often do the trick when you are running into app issues.
  • Reinstall the app - sometimes your phone can experience a hiccup during the install and cause the app to not run properly. Reinstalling should rule this out as an issue.
If after trying the above tips, you are still unable to run the app, please contact our customer support team and they will assist you further.
We currently support Android and iOS enabled devices. This includes tablets, as well as smartphones.
  • For Android, you must have Android 4.0.3 or newer to install our app
  • For iOS, you must have iOS 6 or 7 installed. Additionally, your iPhone must be a model 4S or newer.

Here are some tips to ensure our app is available for your device:
Do you have an Android or iOS device? We only support Android and iOS at this time. You may visit our get started page to see the devices we support.
If you are unable to find our app in the Google Play Store or iTunes app store, then it’s possible your device is running a version of Android/iOS that we do not support. Also we recommend to go to our website and submit your number and we will send you a text with the link to download the app.

Account Update:

If you need to reset your password, you may do so by using password reset option.
Once you have logged into the app, please click on the “profile” icon, which is at the bottom of the screen. From this screen, you can edit your Account and Payment information.
